Patrina Clark is a trusted advisor and resource to government leaders and executives. As the president of Pivotal Practices Consulting, she offers the following results-oriented, targeted solutions to clients:

– Professional training and development (leadership development for current and aspiring leaders).
– Executive, leadership, and performance coaching.
– Organizational consulting (human capital assessments, performance management, organizational inclusion)

Patrina’s well-decorated federal career (Meritorious Civilian Service Medal from the Department of Navy, Hammer Award from the National Partnership for Reinventing Government, and dozens of outstanding performance awards) in four federal agencies provide broad and deep expertise in public sector talent management and organizational leadership. She leverages this experience to deliver solutions that optimize performance while reducing administrative burden.

Patrina has completed graduate studies/programs at Harvard Business School, Cornell, Georgetown, George Washington University, the University of Maryland (UMUC), and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Patrina serves on the Board of Experts for the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce (USWCC) and acts as alter ego to the CEO.
