The world of recruitment advertising has changed remarkably in just the past few decades. But the way we advertise jobs, recruitment, (aka, “sourcing”) remains the process of generating suitable applicants for job openings. It starts with finding and attracting candidates and ends when those involved in the selection process receive sufficient qualified applicants. In this course we look at what’s old and new about sourcing with a focus on the emergence of Programmatic Recruitment Advertising (PRA). Course modules include a look the new recruitment measures and metrics that go with PRA, the ROI in PRA and what might be coming next in terms of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in recruitment technology.
